AutomateOFM builds a custom AI operations layer for your OFM agency. Depending on your needs, this typically includes model onboarding automation, chatter performance tracking, revenue intelligence dashboards, content pipeline workflows, an AI-powered knowledge base, and custom automations — all built and installed in a single focused day.

Via remote desktop — AnyDesk, TeamViewer, or a similar tool. You grant access at the start of build day and revoke it when we’re done. Everything is built directly on your system. No migrations, no external platforms to learn.

Each automate OFM build is fully custom. The process includes a deep dive call, a full build day, and a follow-up fine-tuning session. You get the same person who architects the systems building yours. That level of quality doesn’t scale past 2 agencies per month.

You’ll have full documentation and screen-recorded walkthroughs for every system. Most clients are self-sufficient after the follow-up. If you need new systems or want to scale further, we can book a Phase 2 build day engagement.

The application and deep dive call exist for exactly this reason. If we can’t deliver a meaningful transformation in a day based on your current setup, we’ll tell you. We’d rather say no than deliver something mediocre. That’s why AutomateOFM is application-only.
